Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES

• SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf of or for the account of the supplier
• BUYER: A real or legal person acquiring, using, or benefiting from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes
• WEBSITE: The website belonging to the SELLER
• ORDER PLACER: The real or legal person who requests goods or services through the SELLER's website
• PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER
• AGREEMENT: This agreement executed between the SELLER and the BUYER
• GOODS: Tangible items subject to shopping and software, audio, video, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic media

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website, within the framework of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The prices listed and announced on the website are the sale prices. The announced prices and promises remain valid until updated or changed. Temporarily announced prices remain valid until the end of the specified period.
